A private company (founded as a corporation) would like to rent the dividends produced by a certain amount of stock of said company.

The duration, quantity and price for the rentals must be written in annexes, not in the contract itself.

The dividends are calculated yearly and payable monthly, after the calculation.

• The main reason for the renter entering into the arrangement is to enable the renter to receive a dividend.
• Economic risk and reward in respect of the dividend paying is borne or enjoyed “in any material respect” (“substantially all” or “principally”) by the company not the dividend recipient.
